Exe Bridge Retail Park “Update”

Cllr Heather Morris and Cllr Paul Bull have received numerous complaints regarding Exe Bridge Retail Park car park. The two main concerns have been the parking restrictions and the unclear signage situated at the new exit.
Heather has been looking into the parking restrictions and has now received written clarification that customers using the Retail Park car park are permitted to leave the Retail site providing customers adhere to the rest of the terms and conditions.
Following complaints regarding cars making illegal right turns and buses causing tailbacks at the new exit, Paul has asked Devon County Council to make the current signage clearer and Stagecoach have agreed to monitor the situation.
