Redrow plans to build new houses on Devon County Council-owned land on the east side at Aldens Farm. The planning application has been submitted and will be determined shortly by Exeter City Council.

Steve Warwick will be fighting to ensure that we get the best development possible within Tory Planning rules, that the City Council has to follow on all planning decisions.

Cllr Steve Warwick will be fighting for:

• traffic control measures to stop speeding and congestion through Alphington;
• new cycle paths to make cycling easier;
• community schools and GP facilities.
