Exeter City Council refuses housing development on Mount Radford Lawn
Matt has worked with the local community to strongly oppose any development.
He said:
“Following passionate representations made by residents, St Leonard’s Neighbourhood Association and me, the Planning Committee unanimously rejected this application. The community does not want to lose this valuable green space and local amenity. “
“The community would love to explore options to take on the ownership and management, and I encourage ERADE to continue to talk to St Leonard’s Community Association about a way to protect it for future generations.”
