Contact Emma Morse

It is an honour to be the Labour Party candidate for Mincinglake and Whipton again.

Having lived in Beacon Heath for most of my life, I still love living here with my
husband and sons. I attended Beacon Heath Primary School, Summerway Middle School and St James High School.

My sons attend the local schools and I am a school governor at Willowbrook School.

I have a proven history of working on local issues including preserving our existing leisure facilities, and assisting Isca Church in establishing The Beacon Centre: I am looking to establish something similar in Whipton.

Mincinglake is my home – it means a lot to me to see the community develop and thrive. This will never be more important than as we regroup and rebuild following the pandemic.

I believe that as a City Councillor, and working closely with my Labour colleagues, I will be able to achieve more for these communities. I am proud to play a part in the growth of our city whilst seeking to keep the core ‘Exeterness’ that makes it so amazing.
